Welcome to Assurance Home Warranty
On this site you will find out a little more about Assurance HWC, be able to get tips on selling homes, buying homes, maintenance, preferred partners, warranty renewal as well as purchasing Assurance HWC merchandise.
Have fun, look around and tell us what you think!!
We know there are more important things in life than worrying about your home.
Assurance Home Warranty is here to help when those little challenges arise.
Unlike standard home service contracts that offer "repair only" coverage, Assurance HWC will replace any covered system or appliance that we can't repair. No more frustration trying to reach a service contractor during non-business hours. We provide you with a toll-free number, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to place service calls. Our home warranty will save you the time and trouble of having to find a reputable contractor. Not only do we do the legwork for you, but, your warranty can save you hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars on your repair bills.
We want you to feel confident and secure knowing that you are protected against potentially huge repair bills when a covered system or appliance fails in your home. Should a covered system or appliance fail, you will feel comfortable knowing that, in most cases, you'll only pay a nominal service call fee per trade call*, no matter how many breakdowns occur or how much it costs to fix or replace.

Moving with Ease
According to the Employee Relocation Council, moving to a new home is the third most stressful life event, following death and divorce. To ease the transition, follow these tips to make your move smooth.
-
Plan your move date at least four to six weeks ahead. May through September and the very beginning and end of each month are the most popular times for moves, so if you're hiring a moving company, contact them soon. Call family and friends for trusted mover recommendations.
-
Start packing seldom-used items now! Ask your grocery store to set aside cardboard boxes for you.
-
Pack heavier items in smaller boxes and lighter items in larger boxes.
-
Organize your boxes by numbering each box and keeping a separate list indicating the box number and its contents.
-
When you get to your destination, unpack everything right away.
-
Fill out change-of-address forms at the post office and update important ID papers (driver's license, checks, etc.).
-
Take your current phone books along to your new home in case you need to contact people in your old town.
-
Move valuables yourself. Irreplaceable family photos, heirlooms, and financial and legal documents should ride with you.
-
Send out postcards to family and friends with your new address and phone number, along with a photo of your new home!
